The spring cone crusher mainly consists of the frame, the fixed cone assembly, the moving cone assembly, the spring mechanism, the bowl shaft bracket and the drive；The auxiliary part consists of an electrical system, a thin oil lubrication system and a hydraulic clearing system. When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate by the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates under the eccentric sleeve, and the section of the moving cone close to the static cone becomes the crushing chamber; the material is broken by multiple extrusions and impacts of the moving cone and the static cone in the crushing chamber. When the moving cone leaves the section, the material that has been broken to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone. The surface of the crushing chamber is covered with a wear-resistant high-manganese steel liner, and the size of the discharge opening is adjusted by hydraulic pressure or manual.
